One‑Time Services (e.g. Web Development @ ₹4,900 /-)

Cancellation Window: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled project start without penalty.

After That: Cancellations within 48 hours or post-start incur a 25% project fee—this secures preparatory work and schedule adjustments.

Refunds: If you cancel in time, we’ll process a full refund (minus any platform fees) within 7 business days.

Subscription & “Subscribe to Save” Plans Ongoing Subscription:

Services billed monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime; your subscription simply halts after the current billing cycle.

No Refunds for Periods Used: Charges are non-refundable once the cycle has started.

Cancellation Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as cancellation is processed.


Refund Request Process Email support@omer4k.com with “Refund Request” and your Order ID.

Our team responds within 24 hours, typically much faster.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Refund Qualifications

To be eligible: Purchase must be cancelled per above criteria Digital deliverables (images, designs, files) must not have been fully delivered or downloaded.

Subscription must be current and not previously canceled.



What About Revisions?

Every service includes free revisions— Web Dev: 10 revisions per project Photography: 5 revisions per shoot

Want something fresh after revisions?

Additional changes may incur fees at standard hourly rates.
